How does the 3-part pricing work?
Your monthly cost has three parts: (1) a platform subscription based on your tier, (2) a per-user fee for registered platform users, and (3) per-module pricing for each compliance module you activate. You only pay for what you use.
What compliance modules are available?
We offer 12 modules across 4 complexity tiers: Basic (Pay Transparency, Tobacco Retail Registration), Moderate (WVPP, FCA, UST, Food Safety), Moderate+ (Privacy, OSHA), and Advanced Regulatory (Web3, NERC, Multi-State Labor, AI Governance). Each module is priced independently.
What is the per-user fee?
Each platform tier includes a per-user fee that varies by role and tier. Admin users range from $5–$7/month and standard users range from $0.50–$4/month depending on your plan. This is in addition to the base platform fee.
What discounts are available?
Save 10% on recurring charges with annual billing (upfront 12-month payment), and an additional 5% with auto-pay setup. These discounts stack for up to ~14.5% total savings.
Are there onboarding fees?
Onboarding is a one-time customer-level fee configured per customer by your assigned compliance partner or BizNerva admin. The default onboarding fee is $0 unless your implementation requires custom setup.
Can I change my plan or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your service continues until the current billing period ends. Your data is retained per applicable regulatory requirements. You may request data deletion if permitted by your legal and regulatory retention obligations. All outstanding bills must be paid before cancellation.
What is the AI Compliance Assistant?
The AI Compliance Assistant provides context-aware guidance tailored to your organization’s specific compliance profile, not generic answers. It analyzes your active modules, evidence, policies, and regulatory requirements to deliver concise, actionable recommendations, evidence reviews, and gap analysis. All personally identifiable information (PII) is automatically redacted before any data is sent to external AI providers, ensuring sensitive employee and organizational data never leaves your environment. Every platform plan includes AI Assistant credits (40–1,800 depending on tier). For heavier use, subscribe to an Assistant tier ($100–$1,000/month) for additional credits, or purchase credit packs on demand. Purchased credit packs carry over until used; plan-included credits do not roll over between billing periods.
